Upon arrival the damaged SUV was located. There were no occupants and the key remained in the ignition. A large puddle of fluid was observed soaked into the ground nearby + a radiator cap was laying there too. It appears the SUV suffered a mechanical failure and was abandoned roadside with no warning triangles or 4 way hazards activated. From the significant damage noted on the driver's side it appears the SUV was sideswiped by an oversized load.
