Hot on the heels of Stanps Camp, Pincher Creek's Mustangs football club hosted a spring development camp last week.  For the most part the weather cooperated, although for at least one evening there was a light dusting of snow. Players of all ages and levels of experience worked on their skills with assistance from  Mustangs coaches, senior athletes, and graduated athletes.

"It's going really well," said Coach Wayne Alexander.  "They're laughing and having fun."

"I still want to win," he clarified, but said there was less pressure at this camp and more emphasis on fun and fitness, stress relief, and individualised skills development.

Among those helping out were former Mustang and present CJFL Okanagan Sun Safety Cord Delinte and former Mustang Braden Barber.

Three graduating Mustangs are trying out for the Okanagan Sun this year, including Eddie Many Guns, Austin Sinclair, and Bailey McDougall.
