Pincher Creek Co-op hosts Sprayer Days event

Approximately 250 people attended Pincher Creek Co-op's Sprayer Days event at the Ranchland Mall on Friday afternoon, May 31.


Burgers were frying, people were mingling, and  prizes were given away.  "It's a thank you to the farmers for their support throughout the year," said Co-op General Manager David Crowell.

Representatives from various agricultural service companies were on hand to explain what products and services they provide.  Some of the companies on hand included:  Alflex, BASF, Bayer, Brett Young Seeds,  Dow, Dupont, Field King, Gallager, Hi Hog, Meridian, Nufarm, Solo, Syngenta,  and Taiga.

"I thought it was an excellent turnout," said Co-op Agriculture and Petroleum Manager Dan Sibbald, the official host of the event.  "Everything went great."
