Bantam Mustangs Awards

Chris Davis and Toni Lucas, Pincher Creek

Bantam Mustangs Head Coach
Mitch Ball with MVP and Defensive
Star Justin Albert
Bantam Mustangs Coach Mitch Ball was visibly moved several times during the Awards ceremonies held on Friday evening, November5.  His pride in the achievements and spirit of his team was very evident.  He thanked his fellow coaches, and those that worked the sidelines.  Then he turned his attention to his athletes.
"We have had the best season in Pincher Creek Bantam history, thanks to the players that are sitting right over there,"  he said, overcome with emotion.

Coach Ball said he had a special moment during the team's last game.  "It was the pinnacle of my coaching career," was the dramatic statement from a man who works day and night to make sure various sports happen in this town.  He was referring to an epiphany the team had, when "they thought they would win it."
