The Junior A Boys and Junior A Girls St. Michael's Dragons Volleyball teams hosted their Willow Creek Composite High School (WCCHS) Cobras counterparts in the Dale Wentz Memorial Gym on Thursday, October 16. The two games were played simultaneously in a split gym, making for a lot of action to follow for the spectators present. Each school finished with one in the win column, with the Dragon Boys winning their match, and the Cobra Girls winning theirs.   All four teams put in a good effort, with some good sustained action on the courts.

"When we first started, a lot of them are young and were just learning the basic skills," said Junior A Boys Dragons Coach Jason Andrusiak. "They have really come a long way. This was a really good game for them." There are 11 students on the team. "They came together as a team today."
