Boil Water Advisory lifted for Lethbridge


  • Chinook Regional Hospital, rural health centres returning to normal

Alberta Health Services has confirmed that satisfactory water quality has been restored for the City of Lethbridge, and for the towns of Picture Butte, Coaldale and Coalhurst; and the County of Lethbridge.

As such, the boil water advisory has been lifted.

The City of Lethbridge is advising residents and businesses continue discretionary water use for the rest of the day. Boiling of water is no longer required.


NOTE: Starting this afternoon, Chinook Regional Hospital, Piyami Health Centre in Picture Butte and Coaldale Health Centre will be returning to normal operations. Patients have been contacted regarding rescheduling their elective procedures and diagnostic testing.
