Pincher Creek's Peewee B Chinooks hosted Foremost's A Flyers for an exhibition game on at the MCC arena on Sunday, November 10.  The Flyers had a game against Crowsnest Pass' Thunder (8-1 Flyers) at the Coleman rink the night before, and this game helped round out their road trip.

It was quickly apparent that there was a definite age/experience gap between the two teams.  The Flyers dominated the game, Which they won 12-2.  Chinooks goalie Wes Krampe faced an estimated 88 shots in this game, which largely played out right in his crease. 37 of those were in the second period. Talk about front row seats!   The third period was by far the best showing for the Chinooks, who pulled together defensively to hold the Flyers' scoring opportunities down.  The Chinooks were definitely not on top of their game, but they faced an insurmountable challenge from the beginning.

Chinooks #15 Trinity Tanner scored both of their goals.  This young lady is well on her way.  After a strong season last year she's coming back even stronger than this year.  A good team player, and she's a real digger.  Here's a short clip of her second goal in this game:

Pincher Creek's Peewee Chinooks host Lethbridge 1 at the Memorial Community Centre (MCC) arena next Saturday, November 16, starting at 1:00 pm.  They'll be back at the MCC arena on Sunday, November 17 at 1:00 pm when they're scheduled to host Picture Butte.
