Shell Waterton donates to Blueweed Blitz

The Pincher Creek Watershed Group received a $4000 donation from Shell Waterton yesterday.  The funding is intended to help pay the costs associated with the 11th Annual Blueweed Blitz held last July 13.  "This is an ongoing initiative that we'll be supporting for a long time, for as long as they keep it going," said Shell Waterton Community Affairs Co-ordinator Rod Sinclair.  "Shell's been an ongoing supporter and we're very thankful for all their support," said Watershed Group Co-ordinator Sahra Hancock as she accepted the cheque from Sinclair and Shell Waterton Environmental Co-ordinator Craig Hallden.
