The second annual Aboriginal Day Powwow began on the morning of June 21 and continues today, June 22 at the Piikani Nation Arbour (Brocket).
Today's Grand Entry is scheduled for 1:00 pm. Supper will be at 6:00 pm and drumming and dancing will continue through the evening. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The event began Friday Morning with a Grand Entry and drumming/singing by Wandering Tribe followed by a chance for Piikani youth to learn some traditional games.
