Girls were eligible to receive several different kinds of awards to recognize their participation with Girl Guides and the community: Valour Pins, Membership Pins, Letters of Commendation, Gold Thanks Pins, Fortitude Awards, and others. Adult volunteer members were eligible to receive area, provincial, or national awards, including Membership Pins (for up to 50 years+), the Honorary Life Membership Award, Letters of Commendation, Gold, Silver, and Gold Merit Awards, and others. These special awards recognize such things as long-term membership, community service, teamwork, and exceptional participation within Guiding. We are very proud of all members and value their hard work and dedication tremendously.
