BJ Scott of Pincher Creek will be enjoying the nightlife of Music City USA courtesy of Windy Slopes Health Foundation. As the June winner in Vacation a Month 2, BJ receives return airfare and accommodation for two at the Opryland Hotel, a performance and backstage tour of the historic Grand Ole Opry, plus a Nashville sightseeing tour and dinner cruise on the General Jackson Showboat. Anjie Albert of Pincher Creek is the winner of this month’s $100 cash prize.


The Foundation has now launched Vacation a Month Raffle 3, with another full year of great vacations to be won. “If you’ve ever wanted to visit Halifax, or Honolulu, or even London England, here’s your chance,” said Donna Schauerte, Foundation Chair. “There’s a fishing vacation to Campbell River that will get lots of attention too.”

As a new twist this year, in addition to the $100 tickets there’s an option to buy three tickets for $200. “We’re hoping people will want to increase their odds of winning as well as their support for local health care,” Schauerte said.

Vacation a Month 3 proceeds will help fund renovations and enhancements to the Emergency Department at Pincher Creek Health Centre, and other priority health care needs.
