Members of Pincher Creek's Bantam Chinooks, Midget Huskies, and Senior Huskies combined forces and divided into two teams (red and white) for an exciting one-off game on Monday evening, March 11.

It was an interesting confrontation as friends and teammates battled each other with nothing on the line but bragging rights.  The reffing was atrocious, the penalty box did a brisk business, the faceoffs were sometimes bizarre, the hits were merciless, and the fun was outrageous.  The game ended in a 10-10 tie.

The Senior Huskies and the Bantam Chinooks have finished their season, but the Midget Huskies are still in the middle of playoffs.  An exciting game is predicted for next Saturday, March 16 when the Senior Huskies take on their arch-nemesis Coaldale for game two of a best-of-three playoff series at Pincher Creek's Memorial Community Centre Arena, starting at 8:15 pm.  This is sure to be a great hockey game, so come out and cheer on the last of the minor hockey home teams still playing this 2012/13 season.

9 members of the Midget Huskies will be retiring/graduating after this season, and their career in Pincher Creek Minor Hockey will be celebrated at this game.
