Pincher Creek's Dolphins Swim Club participated in three meets recently.  Pincher Creek Medals were as follows:

Pincher Creek Meet results:

• 195 swimmers attended from all over Southern Alberta
• the Dolphins had 61 swimmers entered
• Pincher came 2nd in net points

• 6&u girls - Leah Smith (gold), Hannah Alexander (silver), Bronwyn Gelber (bronze) (The Pincher girls swept the category)
• 6&u boys - Parker Scott (silver)
• 8&u girls - Taylor Liscombe (silver)
• 8&u boys - Solomon Cooley (gold)
• 9/10 girls - Beyonce Crowshoe (gold)
• 9/10 boys - Jarret Plante (gold), Thomas Alexander (silver)
• 11/12 girls - Maeran Hinch (silver)
• 11/12 boys - Christopher Alexander (gold), Calvin Cooley (silver)
• 13/14 boys - Matthew Alexander (gold), Ryan Plante (bronze)
• 15-17girls - Hannah Nazarek (bronze)

Pincher Creek came in 3rd in Gross and Net Points

• 6&u girls - Leah Smith (silver)

• 9/10 girls - Beyonce Crowshoe (gold)
• 9/10 boys - tie for gold, Jarret Plante & Thomas Alexander
• 11/12 girls - Maeran Hinch (bronze)
• 11/12 boys - Calvin Cooley (silver)
• 13/14 boys - tie for gold, Matthew Alexander & Ryan Plante
• 15-17 girls - Hannah Nazarek (bronze)

Pincher Creek came in a close second for Net Points with 8.38.  Lethbridge came in first with 8.41.


Several Dolphins club records were broken over the last 3 meets as well as new Regional Records established.  The club is doing very well and will be heading to Lethbridge this weekend to attend their meet.  Following that is Summer Games.
