Public Notice: Land use Bylaw
The Town of Pincher Creek Municipal Development and Subdivision Authority recently approved the following application under the authority of Land Use By-Law # 1547 and amendments thereto.
Permit # 2012-04
Lot 22 & 23, Plan 7756AL
Land Use District: C4 – Transitional Commercial
Permitted Use: 12 Unit, 3 Story Apartment/Condo Building
Approval Date: February 21, 2012
Any person claiming to be affected by this discretionary permit approval may file an appeal with the Municipal Development and Subdivision Authority Appeal Board, Town of Pincher Creek, 962 St. John Avenue, Pincher Creek, Alberta, within 17-days of the approval date.
