Emergency Services holds extraction practice

Quickstrut tool holds vehicles in
place during dangerous extractions
Pincher Creek Emergency Services played host to Lethbridge College's EMS Training and Emergency Services personnel from Nobleford and Fort Macleod today, practicing extraction techniques using a couple of decommissioned automobiles.

One of the tools demonstrated was the 'Quickstrut', which is used to stabilize the position of vehicles for the safety of emergency workers and occupants, particularly in roll-over situations.
