The first annual Blackfoot Healing Society Traditional Powwow was held on Friday evening, February 19 at the Crowlodge Multi-Purpose Building in Brocket. The event was in honour of Piikani Elder Alphonse Little Mustache and was hosted by the Little Mustache family. The event featured drummers and dancers from around the the Blackfoot Confederacy, exhibits including artwork, crafts, traditional games, and Piikani 2016 Grad students fundraising for an upcoming May trip to Toronto.
