Pincher Creek Emergency Services (PCES) responded to two separate calls at approximately 10:05 am on Saturday, October 31. One was to the North Hill Shell, where a vehicle ran into the building during business hours. One person was transported to Pincher Creek Hospital with undetermined injuries. PCES responded with Rescue, Engine 15 and an ambulance.
At approximately the same time there was a call to respond to a quad accident at the A7 Ranch area near Highway 22. One person was transported closer to the road, negating the need for a back country rescue and was then transported to Pincher Creek Health Centre with undetermined injuries. PCES, Lundbreck Fire Hall, and Beaver Mines Fire Hall attended the call and Beaver Mines Fire stood down once it was determined a back-country rescue would not be required.
