Pincher Creek Walmart held their annual show and shine on Saturday June 6. This year's event was the one of the best turnouts for participants and attendees. It was a great day to be outside.  Temperatures reached a high of 27°, there were no clouds, and surprisingly no wind. The event included a barbecue, a DJ playing classic rock, and draw prizes for people who entered the show.

The big winner of the afternoon was Dan Hawker who won Best In Show with his 1953 Ford Monarch. Gary Nicholson won Best Car with his 1972 Plymouth Barracuda, Tessa Pitt won Best Motorcycle with her 2000 Kikker, and Keith Leisen won Best Truck for his 1936 Chevy pickup. There were other smaller prizes to be won throughout the day including coupons, car cleaning kits, and other assorted things like mugs and pictures.
