From February 20 to April 20, 2015, we are consulting with you (grain handlers, processors, marketers, developers, producers and end-use customers) on our proposal to modernize Canada's wheat class system.

This proposal will:

• Review current Canadian wheat classes
• Enhance the consistency of Canadian wheat classes to enhance marketability
• Add a new wheat class to address emerging requests from producers and markets

The consultation document includes all of the details of our proposal, including how we may implement our proposal. As well, it explains how to provide your input. Please review this document before providing input on our proposal.
