Approximately 11 cm of snow fell on Pincher Creek last night and early this morning, the wet and heavy variety. According to the Pincher Creek Emergency Services (PCES) twitter feed, the lot next to the fire hall in Pincher Creek is again open for people to drop off broken tree limbs. PCES also advises citizens to exercise caution and avoid being under snow laden trees until the snow melts or falls off. The snowfall has also caused the cancellation of tonight's Peewee Mustangs football game.
