On Wednesday October 1, 'Stuff a Bus' delivered school supplies to four local schools: Livingstone, Canyon, St. Michael's and Matthew Halton. Each school received a large box of school supplies, backpacks, and $200 that each school can access through the Lions Club to be used for students that need help to obtain their supplies. The Stuff a Bus Program was the initiative of Pincher Creek Lion's Club President Christine Lank, and First Student Canada Location Manager Sharon Roberts.

Volunteers spread the word and collected donations during the Pincher Creek Parade and Rodeo, the Pincher Creek Trade Show, and in Pincher Creek Office Products that is owned and operated by Lank. "I think for the inaugural year it went very well," Lank said.
