Portion of Main Street closed for water looping work

Main street Pincher Creek is currently closed for one block, from Waterton Avenue to Poplar Avenue for construction According to Town of Pincher Creek CAO Laurie Wilgosh, "Weather permitting, construction will be about a month."  She believes the affected area will be from Waterton Avenue to Poplar Street.  This is part of the ongoing water looping project.

Update September 15, 2014:  The sign pictured above now has a more accurate "detour" message, instead of  "closed".
