Working in Bear Country workshop

Jessica Mrazek, Y.E.S. - Youth Employment Services (Y.E.S.) held their first Working in Bear Country workshop with the help of Beauvais Lake Provincial Park. The youth participating learned how to spot the difference between a grizzly bear and a black bear and what to do if they come into contact with a bear. They were shown skulls from different types of bears and how to minimize possible contact. Overall, it was really interesting and informative day!
