Young Calgary country music artist Mariel Buckley was one of the new voices featured at last weekend's Best of the West event at the Horseshoe Pavilion. She sang selections from her heartfelt and often poignant repertoire of original songs, and also sang a duet with her brother, fellow performer T. Buckley, on the occasion of Father's Day, as their father was in the audience for the weekend. She's the real deal.
