| Facing trials with smiles: Councillor Grant McNab |
MD of Pincher Creek Councillor Grant McNab has been (and continues to be) on a six month leave of absence after suffering a serious illness late last year, early into his term on council. While still not 100%, he was looking relatively healthy when he assumed his seat for the first time in the new council chambers about halfway through their regular meeting on Tuesday April 22.
Neighboring District 2 Councillor Fred Schoening is keeping an eye on McNab's District 1 until such time as he is able to fully resume his role on council, which led to some friendly banter about the table before council returned to the agenda.
