A fire broke out in a holiday trailer in the west end of Main Street Pincher Creek at approximately 5:00 pm on Friday, February 7. The trailer was in a driveway between two residences. The fire did not affect the residences, but their was extensive damage to the trailer. There was no one at the residence where the trailer was parked or in the trailer itself when crews arrived. Pincher Creek Engine 11, a rescue unit, and an ambulance reported to the scene.
According to Emergency Services Department Chief Dave Cox it appears that the fire originated in the furnace area of the trailer.
