Cayden the birthday boy was crowned |
The children also performed Jingle Bells and O' Canada with vocals and sign language. One little boy by the name of Cayden turns 4 over the holidays. Mrs. Colley showed everyone the special routine for birthdays in pre-school. He was crowned, presented with his special certificate, and he pulled a special treat from a box filled with various Winnie the Pooh miniatures. He was happy with the Winnie wearing a monkey suit that he received from the box.
Lilyen, confident and ready |
Lilyen admitted that she was nervous before the performance, but she did very well once on stage, as did her fellow performers.
After the concert the kids had snack time and posed with their families around the Christmas tree display. The children helped make special peanut and gluten free 'wild butter balls' during class, and were very proud to share their handiwork with their families. It was an excellent way to start off the holidays for the young students.
