| St. Michael's Principal Don Kuchinson |
St. Michael's held their 2012-2013 Sword and Shield Academic Awards Night on November 6, 2013. Acting as the Master of Ceremonies was Principal Don Kuchinson. After an Invocation and Grace, Principal Kuchinson was warm with his recognition of the students for all of their efforts and achievements. He was also effusive in his praise toward parents and his staff.
"I am really blessed with a really great staff," continued Kutchinson. "They are wonderful people who I know have student success at the very core of what they do, and who they are. They spend many hours preparing, many, many hours helping kids. It is amazing to watch. I am honoured to be part of this staff. It is my 13th year, and I don't ever want to leave. It's a fantastic place."
