As of this time, Highway 3 between Coleman Alberta and Sparwood British Columbia has been reopened but travel is not advised. The highway is snow packed with snow and ice on the shoulders.

RCMP Crowsnest Pass is advising of the following road closure: Highway 3 between Coleman Alberta and Sparwood British Columbia will be closed effective as of 1800 hours. This road closure is due to weather and zero visibility. Unknown when it will re-open, weather effective. Crews will be monitoring barricade west of Coleman.
