Mustangs at McDonalds

Pincher Creek's Mustangs football teams are the recipients of a $948 cheque from McDonald's. The money was raised through the annual McHappy Day fundraising campaign.
"$1.00 from every Happy Meal, $1.00 from every Big Mac, and this year, McCafe beverages," explained McDonald's Restaurant Manager Donnelle Teneycke (far right). "That's how we did it. In store we did a bunch of different promotions to bring sales up and make people aware and bring them in."
"Thank you very much to McDonald's and we're hoping to buy equipment with this cheque," said Mustangs President Faith Zachar (second from the left), who was one of those present to accept the donation. Also present for the ceremony were McDonald's Business Consultant Mike Sim (far left) and McDonald's Market Operations Supervisor Stewart Holditch (green shirt).
