The Livingstone Sabres Junior Girls volleyball team hosted the St. Michael's Dragons on October 8. In addition to Livingstone mascot Sabe there were others in costumes cheering on the Sabres.

Members of the Canadian Lutheran Bible Institute are in the area studying at a Foundation Camp being held in Willow Valley. Along with other camp members, three members of the camp attended the game dressed as a banana, a hot dog, and a slice of pizza.

Kirk Kasper, Tyler Miller, and Graeme MacLellan said they thought they could have some fun when they chose these food theme costumes they found at the Pincher Creek Co-op.

The members of the camp are in the area for a total of four months of study before they move on to Canmore, Alberta.

  1. I would just like to say that I had to leave moments before, so Kirk Kasper is honorary Nanner for the day.
