High Risk Sex Offender Michael Sean Stanley

The Lloydminster RCMP is asking the public to be on the look out for 48 year old Michael Sean Stanley of Edmonton, AB.

Stanley is a high risk sex offender, who was on electronic monitoring.  This morning Stanley left Edmonton and came to Lloydminster and cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet.  The bracelet was found on the roof of a local business located in the 4300 block of 54 Avenue.


Stanley has a long history of sexual offences and has taken kids from playgrounds in the past.  He is currently wanted for breach of his court release conditions.  Stanley is described as Metis, 5'9", 190 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.  Stanley may be driving a purple 1996 Chevrolet Trail Blazer with a possible AB plate BHD1954.

The police advise the public not to approach Stanley if he is located, as he has a violent disposition.  If Stanley is located please contact your local RCMP or Police Service.
