Players, coaches, staff, and supporters of all ages of Pincher Creek Mustangs football gathered at Matthew Halton field earlier today September 11 to thank Pincher Creek Credit Union GM Vicki French for the Credit Union's donation of a new electronic scoreboard.  The scoreboard was seen in operation last weekend at the Senior and Bantam Mustangs home games, and was a critical piece of equipment, according to Mustangs Booster Association President Faith Zachar.

"We really want to thank the Credit Union because otherwise we would be going to Lethbridge to play all our games," Zachar said.  "The league's told us this year that, no more excuses, a scoreboard or we drive out of town.  It was a must have and the Credit Union saved our bacon."

A proper scoreboard is required by the league so that referees can do their jobs properly.
