Sandra Reed recognized as Pincher Creek and District Agricultural Society Volunteer of the Year

Pincher Creek and District Agricultural Society President Janet Watmough was pleased to award Volunteer of the Year to Sandra Reed on Sunday afternoon at the Pincher Creek Pro Rodeo.

"Thank you Ag Society, this is quite the honour," said Reed as she accepted the award. "What you people have to realize is this whole show is basically put on by volunteers.  All of our service clubs, our non-profits, our library, museum could all use more volunteers.  If you could give four hours a year, that would help a lot."

 "Do yourself a favour, be a volunteer.  Thank you."
