- 11 confirmed states of local emergency and one provincial state of emergency in High River.
- 11 active local Emergency Operations Centres in southern Alberta, including Kananaskis Improvement District, municipalities, and First Nations.
- From 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. today, Albertans affected by flooding can call the Government of Alberta Call Centre at 310-4455 to ask questions. Volunteer agents will forward calls to the appropriate program area and provide information.
- There is emergency funding for evacuated Albertans via pre-loaded debit cards. There is also money for rebuilding through the Disaster Recovery Program. Please note there are different registration sites/hours for the two funding programs.
- Pre-loaded debit cards for evacuated Albertans affected by the recent flood will be available in four locations in Calgary today until 8 p.m.

- Bragg Creek and residents evacuated from the communities previously served by debit card processing sites in Nanton, Vulcan and Canmore can pick up pre-loaded debit cards at theBragg Creek Community Centre (23 White Avenue) today from 1 to 8 p.m. or from any Calgary site.
- Pre-loaded debit cards for Siksika First Nation flood evacuees will be available at the Siksika Resource Developments Limited from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.
- Pre-loaded debit cards for evacuees will also be available at Medicine Hat College (299 College Drive SE). On July 4, cards can be picked up from 1 to 9 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on July 5.
- Evacuees should continue to register with the Red Cross. Once registered,
evacuees can go to one of the above pre-loaded debit card processing sites. - Additional details are available online or by calling 310-4455 toll-free.
- On July 2, 5,626 payments were issued in Calgary contributing to the six day total of 23,204 payments.
- The Disaster Recovery Program is a first step for Albertans with flood damage to receive financial assistance with rebuilding.
- Calgary registration centres will be open until July 7. Applications will be accepted throughout the summer and fall from property owners unable to apply by July 7.

- Eight highways are closed, one highway has restricted access and one ferry is closed.
- Four lanes are now open on the TransCanada Highway leading into Canmore with one lane in each direction available when crews are working in the area. Travellers may face delays and some lane closures as shoulders are being paved. Speed restrictions are still in place.
- Highway 842 is now open with gravel surface.
- Highway 1A is now open to traffic.
- Highway 40 from Highway 1 to Wedge Pond day use area is open. Wasootch and Wedge Pond Day use areas are now open, along with Boundary Ranch, Sundance Lodges and the Delta Lodge.
- The Government of Alberta is working with the Alberta Chambers of Commerce and local chambers of commerce, municipalities, First Nations and other stakeholders to assess the effects of flooding in southern Alberta on small businesses. More information is availableonline.

- To keep people safe, most provincial parks and recreation areas in Kananaskis Country areclosed by ministerial order as well as a local state of emergency.

- Families that need help finding a child care space in a licensed or approved program in or around communities that have been impacted by this disaster should contact the Alberta Supports Contact Centre at 1-877-644-9992.
- Families that need to make changes to existing child care subsidy approval, child care programs or contact information please complete the Change of Circumstance form.
