Pincher Creek locals nab Windy Slopes prizes

 made the April draws for Vacation a Month Raffle 2.

Both April winners in Windy Slopes Health Foundation’s “Vacation a Month” Raffle 2 are from Pincher Creek. Mariko Belle walks away with a Golf Getaway Weekend for two at the lovely St.Eugene Mission Golf Resort and Casino of Cranbrook. The $100 cash prize winner was easy to locate. Trudi Bennett is a Registered Nurse and was on duty at Pincher Creek Health Centre when her name was drawn.


“Sure makes it easy to contact the winners when they’re right down the hall,” joked Maggie Olson, a Trustee of Windy Slopes Health Foundation. “We caused a bit of excitement on the Acute Care floor, and maybe some jealousy too!”

Plans are already underway for Vacation a Month Raffle 3, with another twelve months of prize packages to Canadian and foreign destinations up for grabs. Tickets for the new raffle will be on sale this summer. In the meantime, there’s four more months of winning left in Vacation a Month Raffle 2.
