Canada-wide warrant issued for Siksika man accused of assault on child

Wanted: Kinsey Gordon Jerry

A Canada-wide Warrant has been issued for a 27 year old Siksika man, Kinsey Gordon Jerry, for Aggravated Assault on a child.  Gleichen RCMP along with Calgary RCMP, General Investigation Section have been investigating a incident that occurred on the Siksika Nation in September 2011.  On September 26th, 2011, Gleichen RCMP responded to call of an injured child in a home on Siksika Nation, the child, who was 4 months old at the time, was sent via STARS air ambulance to Calgary Children's Hospital for head trauma.


The child has since recovered and has been released to and remains in the care of Child Protective Services.

Kinsey Gordon JERRY, 27 years old of Siksika, was arrested on March 6th in Rocky Mountain House by  Calgary RCMP, General Investigation Section.  Following his arrest he was later released by a Justice to appear in Siksika Provincial Court on March 14th.  JERRY did not appear for court and is currently wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for the Aggravated Assault and Fail to Attend Court.
