Athlete of the Day, January 16, 2013: Trinity Tanner

Trinity Tanner wears #9 as a member of Pincher Creek's Atom 1 "A" Chinooks.   She's been playing hockey since she was 3 years old. She's 10 years old now.  She also likes to play baseball.   She's a Grade 5 student at Canyon School.

Trinity won a Player of the Game award after her team won their first game of last weekend's Pincher Creek Atom Tournament (click here for that story), recognizing her big contributions to her team's success.  The Atom 1 "A" Chinooks went on to win that tournament.

You can see Trinity and her teammates in action at Pincher Creek's MCC Arena on Thursday evening, January 17 when they will take on the Crowsnest Pass Thunder in a Provincials game, beginning at 6:00 pm.
