Athletes of the day, November 4, 2012: Monster Fitness

The Monster Fitness crew celebrated their official Grand Opening yesterday, November 3 (full story soon).  This new family oriented fitness facility caters to everyone, including the very young, beginners, experienced fitness freaks, mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers, and even to out of shape sports reporters.  It's a high energy space filled with positive vibrations, and judging from the crowd in attendance at the opening it's a big hit already.  Sariah Brasnett has a monster hit on her hands, and a great staff too.
