Head-on collision near Priddis causes one fatality and two serious injuries
On September 10 at 1:35 pm Turner Valley RCMP were called to a head-on collision on Highway 22 and 328 Street near Priddis, Alberta. A westbound small car collided with an east bound pickup truck. The car driver, a seventy year old Priddis area female, died at the scene. Two female occupants of the truck were seriously injured and were rushed to hospital.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
The highway was closed for several hours but is now open. RCMP Cochrane and an RCMP Collision analyst assisted at the scene.
