Rock n' Roll Constable Doug Sokoloski took his new band "Chillin' In The Woods" on the road last weekend, the road being Main Street Pincher Creek.  They were the featured entertainment on the RCMP "Bridging Communities" float in the 60th annual Pincher Creek Parade.

A Youtube video of Sokoloski playing drums at a campsite went viral recently.

This time out Sokoloski performed on his #1 instrument, electric guitar, demonstrating his considerable chops.  The three piece combo included Constable Jason Fichtner from the Pincher Creek RCMP on drums and Constable Forrest Anderson from the Brocket RCMP on bass, who proved themselves to be an able rhythm section.

It was a short tour, measured in blocks, but the crowd reaction to the combo was highly favourable.
