Each day starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm with flexibility for pick up times.  Everyone needs a big lunch with lots of water, a bathing suit and towel, a change of dry clothes  and a whole lot of energy.

POCC provides transportation, instruction, coaching, and all the equipment necessary, including boats, paddles, lifejackets, helmets, wetsuits, booties, and jackets.  Participants need to bring a change of clothing, a rain jacket, swimsuit, a towel, and lunch.
