The Lethbridge Home and Garden Show at Exhibition Park was held March 14th to 17th.  Along with ideas to finish every aspect of a house, there were nurseries featuring fantastic garden ideas.

This show featured ways to improve your home, gardens, decor, diet,  and  lifestyle in a myriad of ways.

One of those ways it improve your life were vacation destinations close to  Lethbridge.  Partners with Alberta Southwest represented themselves as alternative day-trips to the crowds.  Bellevue Mines Diane Peterson was outstanding, winning a 5 Star Booth Award for her demonstration, set up and enthusiasm.  Once again she brought magic to her booth.

Other partners included the Town of Fort MacLeod, Bloomin' Inn, Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village (KBPV), Southern Alberta Historic Sites, Heritage Acres and Mountain Meadow Trail Rides.

Each of these venues offer interesting aspects that are unique to their own site, and worked together to show that there is a lot to offer for destinations within the area of an easy drive from Lethbridge.

The trend toward shorter vacations, and the urge to "get away from it all"  makes southern Alberta a fantastic destination.  Arts, culture, sports, history, hobbies and relaxation were all presented for the consumer to judge for themselves as to what would best suit them and add to their personal checklist of "I want to go there!"
