Dennis James of Brown Okamura and Associates was taking measurements with survey equipment on Main Street Pincher Creek on Friday afternoon, January 27 . He was checking control lines for the possible removal of two residences further west along Main Street.

It's great about a new development but what about a traffic impact assessment for Main Street - other developers had to do this when going through a residential area - let alone on Main Street where they are proposing an Apartment/Condo - by the way which is it? Parking requirements - have they been met? What will happen with the loss of parking on Main Street - To our illustrious Mayor - have these questions been answered?
