Friends in Sync bring the spirit of Christmas to Crestview Lodge

Friends In Sync at Crestview Lodge


Local vocal group Friends in Sync trouped up to Crestview Lodge to do the last of their last show of the Christmas season on the evening of Wednesday, December 13,


Helen Blackburn, who has been a long standing member of the group, has recently returned from South America where she has been helping street kids find a new way of life.  Blackburn re-joined the group for performances at Crestview, in Ft. McLeod, and at Whispering Winds, and added both her voice and whistling expertise to the group.

After the their formal Christmas performance, Friends In Sync invited everyone to sing along with well-known Christmas carols.  Crestview residents even chose some that they wanted to hear performed, such as "Rudolf the Red-nosed Reindeer" and "Jingle Bells".

Friends in Sync will resume practice on Tuesday January 17th at Canyon School, when the will get to work on their spring program repertoire.
