On Wednesday, November 2, the Junior Varsity and Senior Varsity St. Michael's Dragons hosted their Coalhurst Trojans counterparts.

The first game played was between the Junior Varsity teams.  The Dragons played well, and took the match, winning two of three sets.

The Senior Dragons had a good match, their last home-game of the season.
The Trojans had a good defensive  line, and made some good passes but the Dragons had them outclassed from the outset, taking the first set 25-14.  From then on the Trojans lagged, losing the second set 12-25.  You could see that the Trojans were emotionally defeated, and the Dragons took the final set 25-10, ending the match 3-0.

Dragons Coach Tony Bruder said "the boys played well tonight,"  and is hoping that they do well this coming Saturday, November 5 in the Crowsnest Pass.

Crowsnest Consolidated High School will hold their annual Green and Gold Volleyball Tournament on November 4th and 5th.

A post-season tournament will be held in Pincher Creek at both Matthew Halton and St. Michael's Schools on Saturday, November 12 involving the Senior Boys and Girls teams from both schools.
