The Peigan Cowboys will be at Kanai facing the Chiefs this Friday, October 7 and the two teams will meet again the next day, Saturday, October 8 at the Pincher Creek arena. Both of these exhibition games start at 8:30 pm. Coach Potts is again at the Cowboys' helm.
The Cowboys are looking to finalize their roster with solid and committed players for this upcoming season.
The Blood Tribe Warriors have been ousted from the RHL after failing to attend the AGM. The Warriors were still in their one year probation period as members of the RHL. This means there will be 7 teams in the league this year.
The RHL has a new constitution and Player Code of Conduct this year.

- Oct. 8, Kainai at Peigan 8:30pm
- Oct. 14, Blackfoot at Kainai, Peigan @ Nanton
- Oct. 15, Kainai at Innisfail (Didsbury), Nanton at Peigan.
