Matthew Halton's A Girls Hawks volleyball team hosted the Crowsnest Pass Pandas on the evening of October 8. What began as a highly competitive game for approximately the first half turned into a wide-margin victory for the Hawks by the end. The Pandas won the first set 25-17, which the Hawks essentially reversed in the second by winning it 25-16. The Hawks continued to roll through the final set, winning it 25-9. Both teams also participated in the Hawks-hosted 2015 Halton Junior Girls Volleyball Showdown last weekend. The Hawks placed second in the tournament.
