Congratulations to Sally and Doug Connelly on the occasion of their 50th anniversary

Sally and Doug Connelly celebrated their 50 wedding anniversary with friends, family, and well wishers at the Lundbreck Hall on Saturday July 6.  "It was a great day, said Sally.  "We're happy so many people came.  Everybody seemed to have a good time."

"There's probably a few little things we'd change, but all life has it's ups and downs," said Doug.  "All in all, its been a good life."  When asked if they would do it all again, Doug responded with a resounding "Absolutely!"  His advice to anyone considering getting married is to make sure you love the girl you marry, then commit.

"We work really well together and that makes a big difference," said Sally.
