Athletes of the Day July 12, 2013: Judy and Hugh Bonertz and Laurie and Dave Blacklock

Judy Bonertz, Hugh Bonertz, Laurie Blacklock, and Dave Blacklock were all medalists at the recent Southern Alberta Summer Games. Hugh and Judy are from the Pincher Creek area. Laurie and Dave are from the Crowsnest Pass. Hugh and Judy decided to join up for the trapshooting when the registration deadline was extended.  It worked out very well for them because they both received medals.

• Hugh Bonertz earned a Gold medal in Trapshooting - Men 65 Years and Over Class B (85-89%) 
• Judy Bonertz earned a Silver medal in Trapshooting - Ladies 18-64 Years Class D (77% & Under)
• Laurie Blacklock earned a Gold medail in Golf - Women 55 Years and Up Handicap 25+ 
• Dave Blacklock earned as Silver medal in Trapshooting - Men 18-64 Years Class D (77% & Under)
